Refund policy
Your right to a refund or exchange for all goods is subject to the following terms (these do not affect your statutory rights):
- Orders must be returned within 30 days from the date the items are received for both refunds and exchanges.
- Items must not be worn or used (unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.
- If items are damages due to neglect, accident or misuse we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for any costs in relation to the postage or packaging.
- For all UK returns we strongly advise sending items back using ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ using the correct insured service so you are covered for any loss. We do not take responsibility for items that are lost on route back to us.
- Once we receive the item (s) we will notify you by email and the appropriate action will be taken effective immediately.
- When a refund is made via Debit/Credit card or Google Pay it may not show up in your account immediately and may take up to 7 working days.
Products are sent with a tag with the logo AG HATTON attached. If the tag is removed or is presented as being tampered with we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Every item is thoroughly quality checked and assured before being issued, at which a tag will be attached to every order. If an item is received without a tag please inform us via email (info@aghatton.co.uk).
Items returned without a tag are non-refundable.
Please contact us via email for any refunds or exchanges at info@aghatton.co.uk and inform us of your wish for a refund or exchange. We aim to reply within 3-5 working days.

We believe you will be very pleased with any items received. However if you do feel it necessary to returns and item we aim to make this process as smooth and simple as possible.
